Helping you live from the inside out.

In this day and age when our individual and collective attention is pulled

in multiple, often toxic, directions, we are increasingly at risk of

losing authentic connection to ourselves and each other.

This may lead us to feelings of loneliness, frequent social comparison,

racing thoughts, guilt, confusion, fear/anxiety, irritability, distractibility,

sadness, insecurity, and more…  all of these feelings and emotions can take

on a life of their own and lead us astray from ourselves and each other.

If you can relate, please know that you're not alone. That's where I come in!

I’d be honored to work with you through insight-building dialogue, gentle

challenging and probing, and directive cognitive and mindfulness practices, to

support you in reconnecting with your inner, intuitive “voice” and innate

resilience.

Let’s break this cycle of self-diminishment and suffering together, so that you

gain clarity and confidence in who and what you give your attention to,

thereby increasing fulfillment, ease, and alignment in your life.

FAQ's

How long are individual sessions?

45 minutes.

What kind of therapy do you offer?
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions, depending on the situation.

Where are you licensed and located?
I'm licensed and located in NYC with access to a midtown office space.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently only in-network with Aetna, so if you are in-network with Aetna then your responsibility is your co-pay or deductible.
If you have any other health insurance provider, each 45 minute session is $275.
Your insurance plan may include OON (out-of-network) benefits that usually reimburse anywhere from 50-90% of sessions.
l encourage you to call your health insurance provider to find out your OON benefits. Ask the representative if you have “out- of-network mental health coverage".  If yes, then ask if you have an OON deductible to meet and what your OON reimbursement percentage is. You can download your superbills (an invoice of our sessions) directly through Alma and submit them to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
